On May 21, as part of the Wonderful World charitable educational project, pupils from the Nightingale Grove and Childhood Houses visited model library No. 17 Commonwealth.
The meeting, which was attended by 17 children, attendants, speakers and volunteers, was held in a very warm, friendly atmosphere.
It began with the story of the head of the program "Ulyanovsk - UNESCO City of Literature" Natalia Dashuk about the history of the emergence of design and the profession of fashion designer. Within the framework of the meeting, with the support and participation of the Perfection production center and models of the middle age group, a collection of the local ethnic brand Hope & Betty was shown. Models were greeted with applause and saw off with enthusiastic glances.
Photographer Anatoly Kozlovsky, 2nd year Master’s student at the Institute of International Relations, Faculty of Linguistics, Intercultural Relations and Professional Communication of Ulyanovsk State University Hram Mohammad, a young poetess and volunteer at the Association of Large Families and Foster Parents Anna told about themselves, their path and the subtleties of the creative profession. Vasyukov. The children received professional portraits from photographer Anatoly Kozlovsky, took part in interactive games with Anna Vasyukova and her mother Lyubov Vasyukova, a member of the Foster Parents Association, winner of the Family of the Year regional competition, learned about the intricacies of the translation profession from student Mohammad.
After such a rich program, the children were treated to hot tea and delicious treats, kindly provided by our partners: the public organization "Ulyanovsk Regional Azerbaijani National Cultural Autonomy" and the author's confectionery "Sweet Home Natalie".
At the end of the day, the children had a master class on drawing using the stamp technique.
Assistance in organizing and holding the meeting was provided by student volunteers Ekaterina Vasilyeva, Ruslana Galakhova, Anastasia Nefedova, Sofya Faravontova, Adela Khusnetdinova and their leader Elena Krainova from the Ulyanovsk Pedagogical College, Deputy Head of the Ulyanovsk – UNESCO City of Literature Program Anna Sozonova, Head of the charity project on vocational guidance and labor adaptation of pupils of orphanages and rehabilitation centers "Gift of Fate" Olga Skotnikova.
