Did you know that Pyotr Grinev, the main character of Pushkin’s story “The Captain’s Daughter”, was from the Simbirsk province? This and more is what the participants of the “Pugachev in Simbirsk: history and myths” creative city tour (project “This is Pushkin!”) learned.
As a part of this tour, an interesting literary conversation took place with Tatyana Bulatova, winner of the International Literary Prize named after I. A. Goncharov, candidate of philological sciences, writer, development director of the literary agency and Floberium School. The topic of the conversation was “From Petrusha to Peter: through the pages of A.S. Pushkin’s “The Captain’s Daughter.”
