Interregional book festival "Amphibrachiy" in Ulyanovsk gathered several thousand viewers online.

On September 6, the Interregional Book Festival "Amphibrachiy" took place in Ulyanovsk. The project was implemented by the Ulyanovsk club of civic education with the support of the Russian Culture Fund, the directorate of the program "Ulyanovsk - a literary city of UNESCO" and the administration of Ulyanovsk.

The organizer managed to combine online and offline formats. Thanks to preliminary registration, the streams of viewers in the park were distributed, the online broadcast on Youtube collected several thousand views.

On the paths and lawns to the right of the stage, there is a handmade literary fair. Bookcrossing worked - 1000 books were collected for Ulyanovsk libraries.

Art objects appeared on the lawns of Aleksandrovsky Park: a Literary Bench with a literary map of the city, installations "Poetry of Sound" and "Poetry in the Sky".

A real wooden boat moored on the lake for the performance "The lonely sail is white."

During the day, the artist @ robs.art worked on the creation of graffiti depicting Mikhail Bulgakov and the charismatic black cat Behemoth, and everyone could participate in the process and take a photo against the background of the drawing.

The program started with the play "The Elephant Horton" by the Enfant Terrible Theater.

Famous Russian authors took part in the festival: Russian writer and screenwriter Anna Kozlova, laureate of the National Bestseller literary prize and author of Total Dictation Andrei Gelasimov, poet, essayist, author and host of literature programs on Radio Russia and Radio Kultura Dmitry Vodennikov. Ulyanovsk poets and writers performed on the central stage of the festival: Sergei Gogin, Danila Nozdryakov, Igor Ulitin, Pavel Soldatov..

DJ Madman presented a special "Oblomov-set". Studio Talant soloists presented poems by Anna Akhmatova and Nikolai Zabolotsky. The special guest of the festival was a jazz group from Saratov - Ilya Frolov & Ilya Likhachev.

The headliner of the festival was the Petersburg singer Zhenya Lubich, who is often called the "Russian Frenchwoman". Zhenya admitted that the festival was the band's first live concert after a long period of restrictions. Zhenya is the author of more than three hundred songs in Russian, English and French, some of which have been released on albums and EP. And the track “Russian Girl”, beloved all over the world, has become the singer's calling card and an international hit.

Recall that earlier the ANO Ulyanovsk Club of Civic Education became one of the winners of the Competition within the framework of the Creative People federal project of the Culture national project carried out by the Russian Cultural Foundation, which made this festival possible.
