At the invitation of Ulyanovsk UNESCO City of Literature Directorate to the Arcadia International Arts Festival and the “Crossroads” Festival of UNESCO Creative Cities, delegation from Kahramanmaraş, Turkey visited Ulyanovsk.
On August 27, our Turkish colleagues met with the Tatar literary community in the "Commonwealth" library №17. The results of the delegation’s stay in our city were also summed up. The Turkish city of Kahramanmaraş is a Сandidate UNESCO City of Literature.
