The Directorate of Ulyanovsk-UNESCO City and representatives of the BRICS country took part in the opening of the XIV International Festival "From the bottom of my Heart"
The ceremony was attended by Elena Cherkas, Head of the Directorate of Ulyanovsk -Unesco Literary City, and partners of the Directorate for Socio-cultural Adaptation of Foreigners in Russia - Dr. Nitish Kumar, Dr. Cyril Skaria Chaco and Celia Skaria Chaco - authorized representatives of the educational organization of India - Medi Care Global Education and New Era agencies.
More than 3,500 people from friendly countries receive education in Ulyanovsk, most of them from India. We are connected by friendship between peoples and UNESCO cities: the cities of music – Chinnai, Varanasi, the cities of crafts and folk art – Srinagar, Jaipur, and, of course, the cinema city of Mumbai. Such a solemn event was held within the framework of the interethnic and cultural dialogue of the peoples of the world to strengthen friendship and form a hospitable image of Russia. Getting to know Russian culture is important for our friends from India. The events are part of the project on interethnic and cultural dialogue of the peoples of the world to strengthen friendship. The headliners of the first day were artists Andrei Sokolov and Boris Galkin.
