On May 28, Ulyanovsk libraries will join the annual all-Russian action "Library Night-2022". The key topic will be the legends and myths of the peoples of the Volga region.
Through gaming marathons, literary quizzes, educational workshops, participants will get acquainted with the traditions of the peoples of the Volga region: Russian, Tatar, Chuvash and Mordovian.
A master class on painting dishes and an art hour "Wonders of Tatar patterns" will be held in the model library No. 17 "Commonwealth". Participants will be able not only to learn about the intricacies of dish painting, elements of Tatar national patterns, but also try to reproduce some of them themselves.
For Chuvash gatherings, Ulyanovsk residents are waiting for a model family reading library No. 18. A real action will unfold here: sites with handicrafts, national Chuvash costumes will be presented, songs will be performed by the Chuvash folklore ensemble "Ilem".
In the model central city library. I.A. Goncharova will host a bachelorette party 2.0. "PRO-traditions". The program includes: acquaintance with the traditions of Eastern cultures, tasting of traditional dishes, a virtual tour of North Ossetia and a dance master class.
