On August 27, on the Day of Russian Cinema, a meeting of the KultProSvet book club took place at the Museum-Estate of Urban Life at 90 Lenina Street. This time we organized a screening of an Anglo-American film based on the novel by Leo Tolstoy "Anna Karenina". Participants were met by actors from the Arkhangelsk rural House of Culture in costumes "a la 19th century". The meeting was opened by the host of the club Svetlana Tsyzyrova. Under the open sky on a wide screen, watching a movie was unforgettable! The traditional discussion of the film has grown into a dialogue about human values. In addition, there was the opportunity to dress up in costumes and take photographs.
