One of the most noble and open hearts of our team is Olga Skotnikova, coordinator for working with business of federal social projects, founder of the social project for the labor adaptation of pupils of the SRTSN and Orphanages "Gift of Destiny". This beautiful girl, like no one else, knows how to find an approach to everyone: from the smallest to the most adult. To date, Olga has a huge number of organized charity events and master classes, excursions to different cities and industrial production for children. As well as thousands of children's smiles, sparks of motivation in the eyes of children who have opened horizons of new opportunities.

The active charitable work of Olga Skotnikova definitely does not go unnoticed: Olga is the winner of the all-Russian competition "Volunteer of Russia" and the regional competition "Volunteer of the Ulyanovsk Region".

A person with a capital letter and an open heart, Olga does not forget about constant personal and professional growth and, whenever possible, she hurries to share her experience with others, regularly participating in international volunteer forums and internships.
