On September 10, Ulyanovsk residents and guests of the city participated in the “This is Pushkin!” creative gastronomic tour dedicated to the 190th anniversary of Alexander Pushkin’s visit to Simbirsk. The city tour took place on the day of celebration of the 375th anniversary of Simbirsk-Ulyanovsk
Participants learned interesting facts and myths about the great poet’s stay in our city, visited sights and tasted delicious dishes that Pushkin himself once tried.
The project was created with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. The creators of the project are the “Center for Development and Support of Creative Projects “Simbirsk” Autonomous Non-profit Organization, Ulyanovsk UNESCO City of Literature Directorate and the Ulyanovsk Regional Art Museum.
