Ulyanovsk UNESCO City of Literature organized a mini-performance “This is Pushkin!” on September 9 while on the "LitMarshrut-375" literary tram

Citizens and guests of the city learned interesting facts related to the stay of the great poet Alexander Pushkin in Simbirsk. Our city has something to be proud of!
The event was attended by guests from other regions - Olga Lyubimova, director of the Samara Public Library-Regional Center of the Pushkin All-Russian Museum, Ilyuza Shayakhmetova, Deputy Director of the National Literary Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Yulia Nazipova, Director of the Centralized Library System of Yelabuga.
Children from the Ulyanovsk Physics and Mathematics Lyceum №38 remembered the names of Pushkin’s works, and at the end of the performance the participants read an excerpt from the “Ruslan and Lyudmila” poem.
The tour is organized by the "Centralized Library System" Municipal Budgetary Institution, Ulyanovsk UNESCO City of Literature Directorate with the support of the Department of Culture and Leisure of the Population of the Ulyanovsk City Administration, "Ulyanovskelectrotrans" Municipal Unitary Enterprise.
