Ulyanovsk writers Lidiya Pekhtereva and Irina Bogatyreva became winners of the “Short List or Salamander” All-Russian Competition of literature for teenagers

Lidia Pekhtereva presented the  “Julia, Freeze!” story, and Irina Bogatyreva presented the “The Maiden Pit” story. Note that Irina is an author based in Moscow, but she lived in Ulyanovsk for a long time and participated in many projects of the UNESCO Cities of Literature Subnetwork
