The Directorate of the Ulyanovsk-UNESCO City of Literature Program, media partner of the 1st International Art Residence for Creative Industries invites creative youth and creative businesses to participate.
The event will be held in the region from April 25 to April 30, 2022 in the format of a five-day creative laboratory in 7 key areas of the region's creative industries:

- fashion
- music and sound design
- visual fine arts
- architecture and urbanism
- IT-mobile developments
- film, videography and animation
- media, journalism and advertising production
