Writer Dmitry Zakharov will meet with Ulyanovsk readers

In the Year of the Book in the Ulyanovsk region, a new project "Bookmania-2021" was launched, one of the directions of which is the organization of meetings with writers. The first guest will be Russian journalist and prose writer Dmitry Zakharov.

On February 18 at 16.00 in the model library of the village of Salmanovka, Ulyanovsk region, Dmitry Zakharov will meet with local residents, and on February 19 at 16.00 in the entrance hall of the new building of the Ulyanovsk Regional Scientific Library, with residents of the city of Ulyanovsk.

Dmitry Zakharov was born in 1979 in a "closed" nuclear city near Krasnoyarsk. By education, he is a journalist. He worked as a correspondent and editor of the Kommersant publishing house, led the PR departments of government and business structures. Lives in Moscow. In 2015, he published his first dystopian novel, Loudspeaker. In 2017, he published his second novel, The Cluster. Both works are written in the genre of dystopia.

Free admission. The events will be held in compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological standards established by Rospotrebnadzor.
