Headphone party will be held in library No. 24

On February 29, the Pushkin Library No. 24 in Ulyanovsk will host a party with headphones on the occasion of the year of operation of the Ulyanovsk Night City Hall.
Ulyanovsk residents are invited to drop by the party with headphones right in the library. Guests are waiting for DJs, treats, dancing among books and communication.
