The literary city of Nottingham (Great Britain) invites you to take part in the SlamOVision 2022 competition

The SlamOVision 2022 competition is an oral version of the Eurovision Song Contest, where each UNESCO Creative City selects its own poetic number. Each entry is a slam poem of no more than 5 minutes, written and performed in any language.

The video must be recorded live without editing. Subtitles are welcome. Recordings are published on Vimeo or YouTube video hosting and displayed on the Slam O Vision website. The finalists of the competition are selected through online voting.

Videos of the finalists will be broadcast live from Nottingham in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University's Writing, Reading and Enjoyment Program (WRAP), with musical performances and an open mic.

The application deadline is September 26, 2022.
