Participants of the program will discuss how the film industry was born and developed, what changes took place under the influence of scientific and technological progress.

The guest of the program will be Boris Kulomzin, Ulyanovsk director, director of Bestmedia LLC, chairman of the autonomous non-profit organization Ulyanovsk Youth Center for Cinematography and Television, Film Schools73.
