International Festival of Children's Creativity
The festival is timed to coincide with the International Children's Day, which is celebrated in more than 60 countries around the world.
The mission of the project: to reveal the talent of children through the freedom of creativity. The festival is designed for 5 years.
Every year there is a change of creative activity (painting, literature, music, choreography, etc.)
In each city, the participating children drew pictures on a free theme.
Age of participants: up to 16 years.
The festival was organized by Ulyanovsk, a UNESCO literary city.
