The project is focused on supporting talented children. The project is supposed to attract children under 17 who are gifted in the field of art and literature from socially unprotected segments of the population (orphanages, rehabilitation centers of the city of Ulyanovsk). The planned scope of coverage of project participants for the first year is 30 people.

The participants selected for the project will attend meetings with professionals from different fields for 10 months (once a month) and get acquainted with the basics of the world of art and literature.

This program involves master classes, lectures, creative workshops, thematic excursions, creative meetings with representatives of the creative industries of the city. Much attention in the project is paid to the aesthetic and general cultural development of the participants, the development of aspirations for creative growth and real achievements. Throughout the project, 10 meetings of an educational and developmental nature will be held.

Participation in the project will allow, through public recognition and support, to celebrate talented children from socially unprotected groups of the population, to give them the opportunity to realize their abilities and talents at large venues of the city within the framework of city creative events, to determine their further creative path.
