The festival "Days of Germany in Ulyanovsk" is a traditional event that takes place once a year, or every two years. The festival is organized by a number of partner organizations, including the Directorate of the Ulyanovsk - UNESCO Literary City program, the Ulyanovsk - Cultural Capital Foundation and the Youth Initiative Center.

The Festival program is supported by the German Embassy in Moscow, as well as periodically a number of foreign partners in the person of the European Cultural Foundation, the Robert Bosch Foundation and the Goethe Institute in Moscow and others.
